Gavin Kavanagh Appointed PGA Captain for 2027

The PGA has announced that Gavin Kavanagh will become PGA Captain in March 2027 , succeeding David Llewellyn. An Honorary Member of The PGA since 2021, Kavanagh joins a distinguished list of past Captains that includes PGA co-founders James Braid, Harry Vardon, and JH Taylor , as well as legendary figures such as Sir Henry Cotton, Dai Rees, Bernard Gallacher , and Peter Alliss . A Career Rooted in Dedication Kavanagh began his professional journey in 1994 and has since built
